This Privacy Policy describes how BlueBelt Co., Ltd ("BlueBelt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SuzuWalk mobile application (the "App"). SuzuWalk is developed and published by BlueBelt.

By downloading, accessing, or using SuzuWalk, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

Summary: We collect only your email address, username, and walking-related health data (steps and distance) to operate the App. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third party.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the core features of SuzuWalk. This includes:

• Email Address – Collected when you register or sign in to your SuzuWalk account. Used for account creation, authentication, and account-related communication.
• Username – The display name associated with your SuzuWalk profile. Used to personalize your in-app profile and experience.
• Health Data (Steps & Distance) – Step count and walking/running distance, accessed via Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) with your explicit permission. Used to track your daily walking activity, progress, streaks, and statistics within the App.

SuzuWalk does not request, access, or collect any other sensitive data such as heart rate, sleep data, biometric information, location history, clinical records, or reproductive health data.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to operate and improve SuzuWalk, including to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Authenticate you when you log in
• Display your walking activity, progress, streaks, and milestones
• Show your personal walking history and statistics over time
• Communicate important updates, security notices, or support responses related to your account
• Diagnose and fix technical issues within the App

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of SuzuWalk.

3. Health Data Access (Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect)

SuzuWalk integrates with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to power its pedometer and walking-tracking features.

• Step Count (HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.stepCount on iOS; android.permission.health.READ_STEPS on Android): Total steps walked or run.
• Distanza (HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.distanceWalkingRunning on iOS; android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE on Android): Distance traveled during walking and running activities.
• Physical Activity (Motion & Fitness on iOS; android.permission.ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION on Android): Detection of physical movement to ensure accurate pedometer tracking.

Access to this data is only requested after you grant explicit permission through your device's system permission prompt. You may revoke this permission at any time (see Section 7, "Your Rights and Choices").

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase e Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google) to help us understand how SuzuWalk is used and to identify and fix technical issues. These tools may collect:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language settings)
• App usage data (screens viewed, features used, app opens, session duration)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data
• A randomly generated, non-persistent installation identifier used to distinguish app instances

This analytics data does not include your email address, username, or health data (steps/distance), and is not used to identify you personally. Firebase and Google Analytics act as our data processors solely to provide analytics and crash-reporting services — they do not use this data for their own advertising purposes on our behalf. Data processed by these tools is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We want to be completely clear on this point:

• No Third-Party Sharing of Personal or Health Data: We do not share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose your email address, username, or health data to any third party, advertiser, or data broker.
• Service Providers Only: The only external services we use are Firebase and Google Analytics, strictly for the analytics and crash-reporting purposes described in Section 4. They do not receive your health data.
• No Advertising Use: Your data is never used for advertising or interest-based targeting.
• Limited Exceptions: We may disclose information only if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BlueBelt, our users, or the public.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and health data are stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Access controls limiting who can access stored data
• Secure storage practices for account credentials and personal data

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Revoke Health Data Access: You can grant, deny, or revoke SuzuWalk's access to your health data at any time via the SuzuWalk in-app Settings ("Disconnect health data"), or directly through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health; Android: Settings > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Health Connect).
• Access and Correction: You may request access to or correction of your account information at any time via the App or by contacting us.
• Account and Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and health data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the App's functionality. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations.

9. GDPR Data Protection Rights (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

10. CCPA Privacy Rights (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.
• Request deletion of personal data we have collected about you.
• Not be subject to the sale of your personal data — we do not sell personal data to any third party.

11. Children's Information

SuzuWalk is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can promptly remove such information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
